Organization and Workspaces

Organization

As your first level of hierarchy, organizations go beyond the set up of individual accounts or teams. They are at the front page of the ability to collaborate and share test results with all invited members.

Rename your organization

You can rename your organization from the home page by clicking on the 3-dot menu and selecting the Rename option.

Workspaces

Workspaces serve as spacious organizational folders designed to categorize the content within an account. Their primary purpose is to facilitate the systematic arrangement of information based on various criteria, such as regions, teams, projects, or any other categories relevant to your organization’s operations.

A workspace is recognizable by this three-dot icon in the app :

Before creating a workspace it is important for your team to determine how you want to organize your work. It helps to start by determining the different levels which ultimately will help you have different overviews.

*In Exchange, the level 1 of workspaces is the organization and should not be used as a workspace. All test results should be uploaded into workspaces at level 2 or below.

We recommend : Using the Level 2 and Level 3 for regions and sub-regions. Level 4 can be for specific team, projects or/and contractors you want to collaborate with.

Changing from one workspace to another

Once you will have created sub-workspaces to your organization, you will be able to switch from one to another using the top right dropdown.

Creating a workspace
