If you aren’t familiar with EXFO Exchange here is a quick tour of the web application. Get on board !

Home

After creating your account and defining your organization. You will be in the Home page. From here, you will be able to invite members or create a sub-workspace to the active workspace.

Selecting your active workspace

Selecting your active workspace is an essential part of EXFO Exchange. The jobs, results and members are all relative to the selected workspace and it’s sub-workspaces. You can switch workspaces at any time using the dropdown in the top-right corner of the screen.

You can expand and collapse the workspaces that have sub-workspace.

    If the list of available workspaces is long, you can type the name of a workspace to filter the list

Job

This page is where you can view and manage the jobs for your organization. From this page, you will be able to add or import jobs, as well as search them and review the progression of the work being accomplished in the field.

Results

This page is where you will find all the test results sent to your organization through the MaxTester, the FTB or from the Mobile App. From this page, you will be able to search, filter, view and export test results as well than creating reports.

   You will only access the results from the active workspace and its sub-workspaces.

Members

The member page allows you to see all members that have access to ONLY the active workspace. From this page, you will be able to invite members, change the role of a member or remove a member.

Workspaces

The workspace list can be found under the organization icon at the bottom of the navigation bar. From this page, you will be able to see all the workspaces under the current workspace, create new one, rename and delete them.
