Get the app

To get started, first download the app from the Apple AppStore or Google Play.

Connecting to EXFO Exchange

As a field Tech, you can connect to EXFO Exchange to automatically save test results, share them with their team, and access synchronized data in real time.

To join your organization’s workspace, create an account or request an invitation from your team manager.

Navigation and User Account

You can switch between workspaces and access any relevant section using the application’s side menu.

Home

On the Home screen, you’ll see your active workspace, a quick overview of connected test units, and your assigned jobs.

Test Units

In the Test Units section, you’ll see both the units currently connected and the ones recently used. To add a new unit, just tap Connect a Test Unit.

Jobs

On the Jobs screen, you’ll find your assigned tasks and tools to run different types of tests. You can also start a new job from here.

Results

On the Results screen, you’ll find the most recent test results from your connected units, already synced with your organization. You can tap into each result to review details or generate a report.
